Full Time Golf Marshal Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Forest City Golf Hotel Johor - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, sports, or customer service roles will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of golf rules, course etiquette, and pace of play management.

• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with golfers and handle on-course situations.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a responsible and proactive attitude.

1. Maintain Course Order and Pace of Play

• Patrol the golf course to ensure player groups proceed according to their scheduled tee times.

• Politely remind slow-playing groups to maintain proper pace and prevent congestion.

• Coordinate between player groups to ensure smooth and orderly course flow.

2. Assist Guests and Provide Basic Services

• Provide players with guidance on course layout, golf rules, and hole information.

• Assist with general player inquiries and minor on-course issues.

• Coordinate with the front desk, caddie supervisor, or maintenance team when required.

3. Enforce Course Rules and Etiquette

• Monitor and address improper behaviors such as littering, excessive noise, or unauthorized golf cart usage.

• Remind players to follow course regulations and proper golf etiquette.

• Report rule violations or special incidents to supervisors for further action.

4. Safety and Facility Inspection

• Monitor weather conditions, course conditions, and potential hazards, and report issues promptly.

• Identify and report damage or irregularities involving course facilities such as cart paths and hole signage.

5. Event and Peak Period Support

• Assist in directing player groups and maintaining order during tournaments and special events.

• Increase patrol activities during peak periods to support caddie, cart, and guest coordination.

6. Other Duties as Assigned

• Perform ad-hoc duties such as VIP guest assistance and inspection report preparation.

• Provide support to related departments, including the caddie supervisor and golf operations team.
