We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our Technology team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of financial technology and enterprise software products, including CRM, Client Portal, Back Office applications, payment systems, API integrations, and internal operational platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Operations teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure every release meets business and technical quality standards.

1. Functional Testing ：
Requirement analysis：
Test planning
Test case design
Test execution
Regression testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

2. Defect Management
Identify, reproduce and document software defects.
Work closely with developers to analyze root causes.
Track bug resolution until closure.

3. Enterprise System Testing :
CRM Systems
Back Office Systems
Client Portals
Payment Systems
Internal Operational Platforms
Customer Management Systems
API Integrations
Third-Party System Integrations
Web and Mobile Applications

5. Product Improvement
Evaluate product usability
Provide suggestions to improve user experience.
Collaborate with Product team to optimize workflows.

6. Process Improvement
Improve testing workflow.
Establish testing standards.
Optimize QA efficiency.
Contribute testing knowledge and documentation.
