Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

At least 3 years of experience in salon management, beauty salon operations, or a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good knowledge of nail salon operations, beauty services, and customer service.

Ability to solve problems and make operational decisions effectively.

Familiar with inventory control, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or POS systems is an added advantage.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to retail operating hours.

Manage the daily operations of the nail salon to ensure efficient workflow.

Supervise, coach, and motivate the nail technicians and salon staff.

Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work schedules.

Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer enquiries or complaints.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of salon products and supplies.

Ensure all nail services are performed according to company standards and procedures.

Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by promoting salon services and retail products.

Handle appointment scheduling, customer records, and daily cash transactions.

Prepare operational reports and support business growth initiatives.
