At least 2 years experience in full cycle of recruitment from job posting, screening, filtering, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding

Experience in hiring creative team including live host, video editor, content creator, or creative roles is an added advantage

Familiar with TikTok content formats (UGC, POV, hooks, relatability)

Drive talent acquisition strategies - job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Hands-on and proactive

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to exit management

Source potential talents from TikTok, Instagram, affiliates, and referrals

Evaluate candidate based on: Speaking ability, Camera presence, Relatability and conversion potential

Run simple test shoots using provided scripts to assess performance

Build and maintain a pool of reliable, high-performing talents

Coordinate with the creative team for shoot scheduling and execution

Track which faces perform well and continuously improve talent quality

Ensure consistency of faces across Bartech Beautee’s internal accounts
