■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 1 ~ 5 years of working experience in PLC programming
・Capable to troubleshoot PLC issue.
・Ability to read electrical schematics.
・Must possess own car.

■ ADVANTAGES
・Past experience in handling machine installation project is a plus.
・Knowledge related to conveyor system or material handling system is a plus.

■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
・Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.

< Key Responsibilities >
Project Implementation
- Assist in executing engineering projects, including on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of machines and systems.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Liaise effectively between customers, internal teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare progress reports and installation completion reports for internal and customer review.

Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues during and after commissioning.
- Provide timely technical support to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

Customer Training
- Deliver hands-on training sessions for customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Develop, update, and provide training materials, user guides, and documentation.

Customer Communication
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and operational challenges.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback is accurately conveyed and incorporated into project improvements.
