Requirements

  • Oversee daily operations of the Borenos Fried Chicken outlet in Semporna, Sabah, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards and SOPs.

  • Lead and manage team, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team management and staff training.

  • Implement and enforce strict food safety standards and operational procedures to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation, to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, contributing to the overall success of the Borenos Fried Chicken brand.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff, identifying training needs and opportunities for development.

  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation, to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

  • Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards to comply with all health regulations.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on local promotions and initiatives.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
