Candidates must possess at least SPM or relevant experience.

Preferably prior experience as Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in reputable fashion or sports retail brand.

Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work on rotational shift, weekend and public holiday.

Responsible for staff planning and training.

Responsible for setting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

Develop strategies to improve customer service.

Maintaining the overall image of the store.

Inventory handling such as stock reordering, stock take and track stock levels at all times.

Overseeing store daily operations.
