• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in English, Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent pronunciation and communication skills.
• Previous experience in English teaching, language training, corporate training, or communication coaching is preferred.
• Experience teaching Chinese-speaking learners is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and effective communication techniques.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, approachable, and able to motivate learners with different levels of English proficiency.
• Strong ability to explain English concepts clearly and effectively.
• Good lesson planning and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1 hour daily / 5 hours weekly)

• Plan, develop, and deliver structured English communication lessons for Chinese-speaking learners.

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions focused on practical English communication.

• Assess learners’ English proficiency and identify individual learning needs and areas for improvement.

• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, activities, and exercises appropriate to different proficiency levels.

• Facilitate speaking activities, role-plays, discussions, presentations, and real-life communication scenarios.

• Provide constructive and timely feedback on learners’ pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and fluency.

• Support learners in developing confidence and accuracy when communicating in English.

• Adapt teaching methodologies and materials according to learners’ progress and learning objectives.

• Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress throughout the training programme.

• Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive learning environment.

• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve lesson content, teaching materials, and overall learning outcomes.
