Full Time Senior Logistics Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in TransPak Penang Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Customs requirements, LMW regulations, and logistics documentation.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and develop a logistics team.

Proficient in logistics planning, cost monitoring, performance reporting, and data analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Lead and manage all logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

Support strategic planning and execution to ensure timely movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

Oversee daily team activities to ensure efficient task completion.

Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to develop team members.

Build and develop a high-performing team focused on best practices and continuous improvement.

Work closely with Customs on export-related matters and submissions.

Ensure accurate import/export documentation and full compliance with Customs and LMW regulations.

Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, transporters, and customers.

Monitor logistics costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve cost efficiency.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are completed and ready for shipment as scheduled.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all logistics stakeholders.

Prepare logistics performance reports and analyze data for improvement.

Participate, lead and support LMW audits.

Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD.
