Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their interior furnishing and decorating needs, providing product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and enquiries professionally.

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Promote and sell products including curtains, blinds, wallpaper, flooring, carpets and other interior furnishing products.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Coordinate with the design, installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site visits when required.

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and market trends

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or equivalent is an added advantage.

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-driven.

• Presentable and confident when dealing with customers.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to learn about interior furnishing and decorating products.

• Able to travel for customer appointments or site visits when required.

• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence is an advantage.
