Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients.

Conduct approximately 30–50 outbound prospecting calls daily to generate qualified leads and arrange client meetings.

Promote the company's recruitment, staffing, and executive search solutions to HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners.

Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients.

Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.

Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM or internal systems.

Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
