Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Core Competencies:
Solid understanding of manufacturing process optimization, engineering methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong analytical, analytical problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to evaluate process variables.
Technical communication skills to present engineering solutions to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Evaluate production variables and operational constraints to identify areas for improvement.
Develop, present, and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
Improve overall production and manufacturing efficiency, output, and productivity.
Apply core engineering principles to streamline manufacturing workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
