Full Time CNC Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Eng Teknologi Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.

2 3 years of working experience in CNC machining environment (automotive industry is an advantage).

Good understanding of CNC machine operation and setup (Lathe and Milling).

Ability to perform basic CNC program editing and offset adjustments.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Knowledge of process control to ensure productivity and product quality.

Experience in performing preventive maintenance and daily machine care activities.

Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards is an added advantage.

Strong awareness of quality, safety, and compliance with Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI).

Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions within assigned scope.

Record work activities, inspection results, and test data as required.

Monitor machine performance during testing and identify any abnormalities or

malfunctions.

Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality,

and safety.

Report any machine breakdowns, test failures, or safety issues to the

Production Leader/Supervisor.

To performed assigned task from superior based from standard /

Manufacturing Process Instruction and complying with ISO 9001 and IATF

16949 standard

To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
