Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field such as Security Management, Criminology, or a related discipline.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in a senior security role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive security management plans.

Proficiency in conducting thorough risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and personnel.

Experience in managing and overseeing physical security measures, including access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems.

Proven ability to lead and manage emergency response protocols, including evacuation procedures and crisis management.

Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to document incidents, investigations, and security assessments accurately and concisely.

Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing.

Experience in supervising and training junior security personnel is highly desirable.

Oversee and manage daily security operations, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities at the Wilmar Palm Products Sdn. Bhd. (WPP) site.

Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and prevent security breaches.

Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

Supervise and train junior security staff, providing guidance on best practices in security management, emergency response, and incident handling.

Manage access control systems, monitor surveillance feeds, and respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.

Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services during critical incidents or investigations.

Maintain accurate and detailed security logs, incident reports, and other documentation as required.

Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.

Patrol the premises regularly to detect and deter unauthorized activities, ensuring a visible security presence.

Respond to and manage emergency situations, including fire, medical emergencies, and security threats, following established emergency response plans.
