Full Time Forwarding Assistant / Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in FF One Logistic Johor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent

Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics is an advantage

At least 1 year experience in Forwarding/Logistics/Shipping Line is preferable

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Good communication and organizational skills

Be responsible, disciplined, and committed to work

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Prepare customs clearance documents (K1, K2, K8, K9, Singapore Permit CCP)

Monitor customs clearance status and response from the authority

Coordinate with customers, transporters, and authorities

Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules

Handle shipping and customs documentation

Ensure accurate data entry and filing

To do proper filing and manage files for all related documents

Assist in daily logistics and operational matters
