Possess a valid Yellow Book Certificate.

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.

Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate site activities effectively.

Good understanding of construction operations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced construction environment

Supervise all site safety activities and ensure safe work practices are implemented at all times.

Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and all relevant regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify unsafe conditions and work practices.

Monitor subcontractors to ensure they comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

Investigate, report, and follow up on safety incidents, hazards, and corrective actions.

Prepare and submit safety and health reports, documentation, and records to the Main Contractor's SHE Officer.

Liaise with contractors' safety supervisors and other stakeholders to coordinate safety-related matters.

Promote a proactive safety culture by conducting safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and awareness activities.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's health and safety management system.
