Responsibilities
- Work towards achieving the store’s monthly sales targets.
- Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain an outstanding store appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Identify and understand customers’ needs and preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest product information and promotions.
- Clearly and accurately describe product features, benefits, and usage.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Participate actively in receiving and organizing new stock shipments.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
