Full Time Field Sales Representative Jobs, in KMT Jaya Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage

• Candidate must possess Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent

• Preferably Senior or Executive who experience in Retail or FMCG industry.

• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills:

• Computer literacy – Excel, Words, Power Points and etc.

• Good analytical and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Able to work multi-tasks efficiently and effectively in line with management’s plan

• Willing to learn, possess strong interpersonal skill, good positive attitude committed and communicate well with all levels

• To complete the allocated assignments within a stipulated time frame and able to work under pressure

• Possess own transport

• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam

• To execute sales strategies to achieve sales target and to penetrate Company FMCG products.

• To service existing accounts and identify new customer opportunities in Wholesaler/Distributor chain stores and retail channel (Eg. Aeon Big, Lotus', Giant, Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer and etc).

• Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow-through sales administration and after-sales support).

• Liaise with relevant departments/stakeholders to align with the Company’s objectives and drive successful growth.

• Continues market researching, identify product improvements by recommending new opportunities and monitor development market trends recommending profit and service improvements and feedback to the management.

• Ensure the payment collection is achieved as per target and ensure timely delivery of goods to customer.

• Follow up closely on sales enquiries.

• Responsible in preparing and analyse any report.

• To perform other ad-hoc tasks from time to time assigned by supervisor.
