Contract ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Embun Design Studio Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering atau bidang berkaitan.

Minimum 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam M&E works, preferably dalam construction/project site.

Experience in supervising mechanical and electrical installation works.

Able to read and understand M&E drawings, specifications, method statements and shop drawings.

Good knowledge of construction practices, M&E systems and site coordination.

Experience in coordinating with M&E subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and main contractors.

Familiar with site inspection, testing & commissioning and quality requirements.

Able to identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Able to work on-site and manage multiple activities according to project schedule.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Relevant competency certificates/registrations will be an added advantage.

Supervise and monitor M&E installation works at project site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Coordinate daily M&E activities with Site Engineer, Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and other trades.

Ensure M&E works are carried out according to the project schedule and approved method statements.

Review and interpret M&E drawings, shop drawings and technical documents.

Monitor the workmanship and quality of M&E installation works.

Conduct site inspections and identify any defects, discrepancies or non-compliance.

Coordinate with subcontractors to rectify site issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Monitor delivery, storage and installation of M&E materials and equipment.

Assist in testing, commissioning and inspection of M&E systems.

Coordinate M&E works to prevent clashes with architectural, structural and other building services works.

Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E work progress.

Prepare and maintain relevant site reports, inspection records, checklists and progress updates.

Ensure all M&E works comply with relevant safety, quality and project requirements.

Monitor subcontractor performance and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager/Site Manager.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices are maintained within the M&E work areas.
