Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

  • 2–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.

  • Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach a team of sales staff.

  • Plan daily sales routes and coverage schedules.

  • Drive secondary sales and ensure distribution of new SKUs.

  • Conduct joint visits (JV) with team members to close deals.

  • Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback.

  • Ensure merchandising standards (visibility, pricing, POP materials).
