Confident in speaking and presenting in front of camera

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English

Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with live interaction

Interest in social media, TikTok, Shopee, or content creation

Sales experience, retail experience, or customer service experience is an advantage

Fresh graduates / SPM holders are encouraged to apply

No experience in live hosting required – training will be provided

Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, and other assigned platforms

Present, promote, and demonstrate company products in a confident and engaging manner

Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to questions, and increase audience engagement

Drive sales conversion during live sessions through product promotion, campaigns, and special offers

Prepare and understand product knowledge before each live session

Participate in live script planning, content planning, and campaign discussions

Follow live streaming schedules including weekdays, weekends, daytime or nighttime sessions

Maintain professional communication and represent the brand during live sessions

Support sales targets, campaign KPIs, and performance objectives

Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and content team
