Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Sage UBS Accounting Software is required.

Experience with UBS / SAGE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with BRASSTAX software is a plus.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices and software updates.

Must be able to commute to Kulai, Johor

Handle the full set of accounts payable and accounts receivable using Sage UBS accounting software.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

Process daily accounting tasks, such as voucher entry, payments, and collections.

Prepare and submit tax returns, including Sales and Service Tax (SST) and income tax, using BRASSTAX software.

Assist with audit activities by providing necessary documents and information, and communicate with auditors.

Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all account balances accurately reflect the company's financial position.

Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by superiors.
