Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives / Sales Engineersto join our teams inButterworth (Penang). The ideal candidate will have experience in selling engineering plastics, specialty chemicals, or semiconductor-related products, with a strong passion for business development and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or Business

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (industrial products / chemicals / semiconductor industries); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to travel

• Possess own transport and valid driving license

• Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients

• Promote and sell company products (plastics, chemicals, semiconductor-related materials)

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities

• Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Technical) to ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth in Malaysia

• Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategy development
