Possess a Diploma qualification or equivalent.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the laundry or logistics sector.

Demonstrate strong customer service skills to assist clients effectively.

Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in handling laundry processes and deliveries.

Proficient in time management to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliveries.

Ability to perform basic maintenance on laundry equipment and delivery vehicles.

Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve operational goals.

Familiarity with standard laundry operations and procedures.

Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willingness to work onsite at 32, Jalan Mega 1/4, Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park, Gelang Patah, Johor.

Assist the driver in loading and unloading laundry items, ensuring proper handling and organization to prevent damage.

Perform basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle, such as tire pressure, fluid levels, and cleanliness, reporting any issues promptly.

Navigate delivery routes efficiently using maps or GPS, adapting to traffic conditions and ensuring timely arrivals at customer locations.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting politely and professionally with clients during pick-up and delivery, addressing any immediate concerns.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle, including the removal of any debris or waste after each route.

Support laundry operations by assisting with sorting, folding, and packaging of clean laundry as needed, demonstrating attention to detail.

Collaborate effectively with the driver and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, embodying strong teamwork.
