Bachelor's Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the full procurement process, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and cost control.

Experience in supplier development and management.

Good understanding of material quality tracking and delivery management.

Proficient in OA procurement systems and Microsoft Office.

Basic ability to analyse market trends and pricing.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mandarin speaking is required for communication with suppliers and relevant parties.

Develop monthly and annual procurement plans and cost-control targets.

Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, performance rating, and supplier replacement when required.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers.

Conduct quotation, price comparison, and negotiation processes.

Review purchase prices and contracts while managing procurement risks.

Monitor material quality and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve material shortages, quality issues, delivery delays, and returns.

Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to optimize procurement costs.

Guide and supervise procurement team members.

Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by Management.
