Full Time Planner / Planning & Statistics Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Sinppa Industrial Johor - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Familiar with material requirement planning, production scheduling, or order planning.

Knowledge of production planning, order breakdown, or capacity calculation is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience using U9 or OA systems is an advantage.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly material or production plans.

Break down work orders and assist with production scheduling.

Calculate material requirements and identify production or capacity gaps.

Monitor daily material usage, production progress, inventory, and workshop activities.

Record production output and working hours accurately.

Compare actual production progress against planned schedules and report discrepancies.

Compile and analyse production and material-related data.

Coordinate with different departments to support smooth production planning.

Enter and maintain planning-related information using U9, OA, and Excel.

Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of planning documents and data.
