Job Description

Requirements

  • Experienced in Wirebond process and able to perform troubleshooting, set-up, conversion and recipe creation.

  • Employment Type : Full time

  • Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

1. Set-up, convert, run and monitor wirebond machine

2. Follow work instruction for wirebond process

3. Create recipe for different devices

4. Perform downtime repair and troubleshooting for wirebond machine

5. Support engineering and NPI
