Full Time HR Performance Specialist Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

Manage and coordinate the company’s performance management system

Develop and monitor KPI/OKR and performance targets for employees and departments

Coordinate annual, probationary and periodic performance appraisals

Track employee performance and prepare performance reports for management

Analyse performance data and identify performance gaps and improvement areas

Work with managers to develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where required

Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation and KPI setting

Ensure performance evaluation is conducted fairly, consistently and on time

Maintain accurate and confidential employee performance records

Support employee promotion, salary review and performance-related decisions

Prepare HR performance reports and data analysis for management review

Support HR projects, employee development and other HR activities

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in performance management

Familiar with KPI, performance appraisal and employee performance management

Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Proactive, organised and able to work independently

Mandarin is an advantage
