Driving License:Valid Malaysian Driving License Class D.(Note: Consider adding Class E or GDL if they will be test-driving heavy commercial vehicles).

Education: Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent. Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related vocational training is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of vehicle or machinery mechanics, engines, transmissions, and braking systems; highly proficient with hand tools, power tools, hoists, and diagnostic testing equipment.

Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a mechanic; strong background in automotive repair, engine diagnostics, preventative maintenance, or heavy machinery troubleshooting is required.

Route Planning & Time Management: Plan efficient daily travel routes across Johor Bahru and surrounding areas to ensure punctual arrivals for on-site service calls, routine maintenance, and emergency machine repairs.

Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company service vehicles adhering to all local traffic regulations—while transiting between the main office, equipment depots, and various client or construction sites.

On-Site Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the field, executing precise repairs or component replacements to minimize equipment downtime.

Preventative Maintenance & Inspection: Systematically inspect machinery components for signs of wear and tear, fluid leaks, or potential malfunctions, taking proactive measures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
