Responsibilities
NOW HIRING: Partner Engagement (Dialysis | Healthcare)
Johor / Melaka
Heavy travel required
We’re looking for a people-driven healthcare leader to manage both external growth activities and internal patient experience across our dialysis network.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, nephrologists, SWD, NGOs & insurers
Drive patient acquisition and manage growth pipeline
Conduct CMEs, health talks and marketing outreach
Oversee patient experience, satisfaction and retention
Manage complaints & service recovery
Track market trends and competitor intelligence
Work closely with centre operations to improve communication & onboarding
Who You Are
Strong communicator & relationship builder
Experience in healthcare sales, marketing or hospital liaison
Empathetic and patient-focused
Strategic, proactive & highly independent
Excellent in BM & English
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business or related fields
