You will work closely with leadership across project development, marketing automation, client presentations, and ecosystem events. • Project Execution & Deployment: Hands-on involvement in setting up, testing, and deploying technical and operational project workflows.
• Marketing & Growth Automation: Build and manage automated lead engines, digital workflows, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Data & Analytical Support: Analyze project performance, conduct market research, and turn raw insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Collateral & Pitch Creation: Draft professional business documents, executive summaries, proposal decks, and client pitch presentations.
• Client Engagement & Presentations: Co-pitch to prospective clients, partners, and institutional stakeholders, representing the brand with clarity and confidence.
• Events & Community Outreach: Represent the company at roadshows, industry exhibitions, and ecosystem partner events.
• Ad-Hoc Operations: Support leadership with agile, high-priority operational tasks as needed.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Quick to master new digital tools, platforms, AI workflows, and software solutions.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, structuring workflows, and translating complex concepts into concise documents.
• Ownership Mentality: "Get hands dirty" attitude with a strong drive to go the extra mile.
• Excellent Communicator: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) with confidence in client-facing presentations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to support evening/weekend events or roadshows when project milestones require it.
• Team Player: High emotional intelligence, collaborative spirit, and strong organizational skills.
