JOB DESCRIPTION – CLINIC ASSISTANT

Position: Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during patient consultations and medical procedures.
• Register patients and manage the patient queue.
• Take patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature and weight.
• Prepare and dispense medication as instructed by the doctor.
• Assist with basic medical procedures and tests.
• Maintain proper patient records and documentation.
• Handle clinic counter duties, payments and panel matters.
• Monitor and arrange medicines and clinic supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.
• Follow clinic SOPs and instructions from doctors and management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
