Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety Management Systems, and food manufacturing. Experience in frozen bakery, pastry, and ready-to-bake/ready-to-eat food products will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
• BRCGS
• FSSC 22000
• ISO 9001
• ISO 22000
• Experience in handling food safety and quality certification processes, including external audits.
• Experience in managing export regulatory requirements, including documentation, compliance, and customer technical requirements for international markets.
• Knowledge of Veterinary Health Mark (VHM) requirements and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and cross functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Quality & Food Safety Management System (QFSMS).
• Manage internal and external audits, certification activities, customer audits, and supplier compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, customer, export, and VHM requirements.
• Handle export documentation, regulatory compliance matters, and customer technical requirements for overseas markets.
• Supervise quality control inspections, laboratory testing, and verification activities.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, coordinate, and conduct food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and hygiene training programs for employees.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
