Position Summary: Oversees all operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain quality standards, and support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Oversight:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operational activities
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization
• Monitor operational performance against established KPIs
• Implement process improvements and operational best practices

Service Delivery:

• Ensure consistent quality of services delivered to clients
• Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle operational escalations and resolve complex issues
• Coordinate with clients on operational requirements and feedback

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise operational staff and supervisors
• Set performance standards and conduct regular performance reviews
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

Asset & Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee maintenance of facilities, equipment, and vehicles
• Manage vendor relationships for operational support services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably in service industry
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience with project management and vendor management

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
