Full Time SAP Sales - Distribution (SD) Jobs, in ITCAN Pte Ltd Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibility:

As a Senior Consultant on the SAP team, you will support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) engagements by assisting with the design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions under the direction of project leadership
• Assess business requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and help design future-state SAP SD/OTC solutions that improve sales order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and customer experience
• Configure SAP SD/OTC functionality across core process areas, including sales order management, pricing and condition technique, delivery and shipping, billing and invoicing, availability check (ATP), returns, and EDI/IDoc integration, as applicable
• Develop and maintain key project deliverables, including functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and defect tracking artifacts
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities
• Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support

Must-have skills

• Strong SAP SD / OTC (Order-to-Cash) functional expertise.
• Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Candidates should have participated in at least 1-2 genuine end-to-end implementations, with 2+ implementations preferred.
• Ability to perform configuration, testing, solution design, and client-facing consulting activities.
• Understanding of new S/4HANA functionalities and features introduced compared to ECC. Examples discussed included Business Partner, AATP, Advanced Returns Management, and Output Management.
