Full Time Electrical Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Elastomade Accessories Selangor - Maukerja

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology (or equivalent). SKM/DKM Level 3 is acceptable.

• Chargeman certification is an advantage.

• 1–3 years of electrical maintenance experience in a factory. Fresh trade-certificate holders with strong practical aptitude will be considered.

• Exposure to PLCs, motor drives or control panels is an advantage.

• Willing to learn mechanical systems. Fitting or welding experience is a bonus.

• Methodical, safety-conscious, self-motivated and comfortable in a factory environment.

• Working Bahasa Malaysia and basic English for manuals and records.

About the Role

• We are looking for an electrically trained maintenance technician with strong growth potential.

• You will work alongside our M&E Assistant Manager and move up into a senior M&E role as you build experience.

• Our production machines are custom-fabricated, so full on-the-job training is provided, especially on the mechanical side.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to electrical faults and breakdowns across the factory quickly and safely.

• Carry out preventive maintenance on plant machinery, control panels, wiring and lighting.

• Assist with installation, commissioning and relocation of machinery.

• Work with Production to troubleshoot equipment issues and reduce downtime, wastage and rejects.

• Learn mechanical maintenance of our custom machines through structured shadowing.

• Keep accurate maintenance logs and QMS records, and follow safety SOPs.

• Suggest improvements to machine reliability and maintenance schedules.
