Full Time Equipment Technician [Fresh Grad] Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Microtronics Technology Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults, identify root causes, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Assist in equipment installation, setup, calibration, and modification.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any abnormalities or potential issues.
• Support production activities by ensuring equipment availability and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and company requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform basic repairs.
• Able to use basic maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
