Job Description

• Location: Aeon Bukit Raja, Aeon Shah Alam, IOI City Mall, Menara118, Setapak Central, Kepong, Aeon Nilai, KLCC
  
  Requirements:
  · Friendly and customer-oriented personality
  · Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, appointment booking systems)
  · Able to communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
  · Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
  · Min. Diploma and above
  · Willing to work at salon
  · Able to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays
  

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner

• Manage appointment bookings and customer inquiries

• Handle cash and card payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Assist with basic administrative tasks
