Contract Maintenance Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Terotechnology Global Johor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

Possess a valid Chargeman A4 or A0 competency certificate.

Experience in maintaining substations, transformers, switchgears, and generators.

Knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems and UPS.

Experience in preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

Able to supervise contractors and carry out maintenance work.

Knowledge of HVAC and Clean Utility Systems is an advantage.

Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of electrical safety.

Perform daily inspection, monitoring and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure electrical systems operate efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults involving switchgears, transformers, generators and other electrical equipment.

Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems, including LV systems and other equipment within the scope of the Chargeman's competency.

Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures.

Supervise contractors and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair activities.

Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies to minimise operational downtime.

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve electrical system reliability and energy efficiency.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth facility operations.

Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and within the limits of the relevant competency certification.

Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
