Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
- Familiar with social media platforms and current trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools
- Creative, proactive and willing to learn
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate professionally with clients
Responsibilities
- Manage and update company social media platforms
- Assist in creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Create simple graphics, videos and promotional materials using Canva/CapCut
- Respond to customer/client enquiries through social media, WhatsApp and other channels
- Assist in handling customer feedback and follow-ups professionally
- Support marketing activities, campaigns and company events
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required
