Job Description

We are looking for a QA/QC Junior Executive with a strong Chemistry background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products, raw materials, and processes meet the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Perform chemical and laboratory analyses according to established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain QA/QC documentation, records, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and housekeeping.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Work closely with Production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in developing and improving QC procedures, testing methods, and quality systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in QA/QC, laboratory testing, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory practices.
• Familiar with GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP, or other relevant quality standards is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant Chemistry background are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
