Full Time SALES - MARKETING EXECUTIVE (LEASING) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,300 in VISTA VELOCITY SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing & Business Development

 Source, identify, and approach potential tenants, business owners, retailers, and commercial operators.

 Generate leasing leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and market research.

 Arrange and conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations with prospective tenants.

 Understand tenant requirements and propose suitable leasing solutions.

 Prepare leasing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials.

 Conduct negotiation and follow up with prospects to achieve successful lease conversion.

 Manage the complete leasing process from initial enquiry, proposal submission, negotiation, documentation, and handover.

 Maintain updated leasing pipeline reports and track conversion progress.

2. Marketing & Promotion Activities

 Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase footfall and business exposure.

 Create simple promotional materials, posters, flyers, and digital content for leasing and promotional activities.

 Manage basic social media platforms, including content posting, enquiry responses, and engagement activities.

 Prepare marketing content to promote available spaces, events, and tenant promotions.

 Monitor online enquiries and convert marketing leads into potential leasing opportunities.

3. Advertising & Digital Marketing Support

 Assist in managing advertising channels such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, property listing platforms, and other digital platforms.

 Coordinate simple graphic design work for advertisements, promotions, and event announcements.

 Support online lead generation campaigns and track marketing performance.

 Collect market feedback and competitor information to improve leasing strategies.

4. Event & Activation Management

 Plan and execute events, activities, and promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic and revenue opportunities.

 Source and coordinate with external organisers (EO), vendors, partners, and activity providers.

 Assist and manage event planning, vendor coordination, setup arrangements, and postevent evaluation.

 Explore opportunities for recurring events to enhance visitor engagement and rental income.

5. Market Research & Reporting

 Conduct market research on leasing trends, competitor activities, rental rates, and customer preferences.

 Provide recommendations to improve occupancy, revenue generation, and customer
