About the Role

Are you a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in manufacturing? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will balance shop-floor leadership with process optimization—managing daily manpower, analyzing metrics to eliminate waste, and spearheading continuous improvement projects to maintain peak efficiency and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Analysis & Reporting: Prepare production reports and analyze wastage to maximize yield.
• Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate preventive machinery maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Strictly observe and implement company quality policies to ensure compliance and standard excellence.
• Workforce Leadership: Plan and manage daily manpower arrangements for optimal workflow.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate, conduct, and support production improvement initiatives.
• Quality Investigations: Conduct internal investigations for customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Attend to operational tasks assigned by management to support seamless plant performance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a food or health supplement manufacturing plant.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with good manufacturing practices, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Leadership ability and experience managing floor workers.
