Job description

• Responsible for all aspects of Pre and Post Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration
• Assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents
• Tender preparation and coordinating tender process until award
• Evaluate progress claims and final accounts from contractor
• Attend site and/or project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 years of working experiences in related field
• Good contractual analysis skills in costing & pricing knowledge
• Able to manage complex and large-scale project construction projects
