Job Purpose

Provide an effective supervisory to the coverage services as compliance to concession agreement and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of sub-contractors
• To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and complaints
• Compile daily inspection checklist to monitor standard of works and completion to the schedule
• Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work request/complaint
• Provide progress report on allocated work orders, as required

Education/ Professional Qualification

SPM/Diploma holder

Professional Experience

• Experience on constructions & safety.
• Experience on soft services works.
