Kelayakan

Diploma-No Limit
  • At least 1-3 years working experiences
  • Proven experience in production management or relevant job is a plus
  • Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, English
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Independent
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Diploma, Degree in relevant field will be an advantage

 

Tanggungjawab

  • Objective:
    • Coordinate between Production Manager and supervisors of production departments to make sure no communication break down
    • Assist in computing jobs, paper works and deal with related parties to make sure the smooth and efficiency of production
    • Make sure all raw materials, products are settled in a correct quantity and quality according to requirements
  • Roles
    • Assist Production Manager in overseeing the performance of each department – whether they have met the daily / weekly requirements set by Production Manager
    • Deal with related third-parties such as suppliers to make sure our order (raw-materials or other purchasing orders) are managed to deliver on time with correct quantity and quality
    • Deal with related third-parties such as partner-companies to make sure the production of our outsourced products are managed to produce according to required quantity and quality on time.
    • Do purchasing for raw materials or other necessities to make sure we always have enough materials and stock to proceed production smoothly
    • Issuing, filling, arranging purchasing orders, delivery orders, and memos in order to assist Production Manager in getting information efficiently
    • Assist Production Manager in communicating with related parties such as marketing departments to make sure no materially mistakes caused by information asymmetric
