Full Time Executive Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Kin Health Century Johor - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field, or equivalent.

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership, Account Management or related fields.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, target-driven and confident in approaching and dealing with external business partners.

Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.

Good time management, planning and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.

Willing to travel for merchant meetings and business visits when required.

Possess own transport and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Identify and approach potential business partners to expand KIN BALI’s merchant network.

Develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential partners.

Introduce KIN BALI’s membership and merchant partnership programme to potential partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.

Negotiate promotions, discounts and exclusive member privileges with merchants.

Follow up with merchants to secure and develop partnership opportunities.

Coordinate the onboarding of new merchant partners and ensure all required information is properly collected.

Work with internal teams to ensure merchant promotions are accurately set up and launched.

Conduct merchant visits, meetings and presentations to develop new partnerships.

Gather market information and identify potential partnership opportunities.

Track merchant acquisition, partnership progress and promotion performance.

Prepare regular updates and reports for management.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
