Full Time SUPERVISOR OUTLET Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in FATMAMA BAKERY SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations Management

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Ensure the outlet opens and closes according to the established operating procedures and schedule.
• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
• Ensure the outlet is properly maintained, clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

2. Staff Supervision and Management

• Supervise, guide, and monitor outlet staff to ensure duties are performed effectively.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and arrange manpower according to operational requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
• Provide on-the-job training to new and existing employees.
• Report staff misconduct, performance issues, and manpower shortages to the management.

3. Sales and Customer Service

• Monitor daily sales performance and implement appropriate actions to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Promote products, promotions, and company campaigns to increase sales.
• Monitor staff sales performance and encourage upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Stock and Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory is available for daily operations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and verify stock quantities against inventory records.
• Ensure all products are properly labelled, stored, and displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor product expiry dates and product quality to minimize wastage and expired stock.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, expired products, and stock shortages to the relevant department.
• Ensure proper receiving, checking, and documentation of incoming stock.

5. Cash Handling and Reporting

• Ensure all sales transactions are recorded accurately through the POS system.
• Monitor cash handling, daily cash reconciliation, and cash deposits according to company procedures.
• Ensure daily sales reports and other required operational reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Report cash shortages, discrepancies, and suspicious transactions to management immediately.

6. Product Quality, Hygiene and Safety

• Ensure products are handled, stored, and displayed according to food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure staff comply with food handling, personal hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor product freshness, presentation, packaging, and display standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable company requirements and relevant food safety regulations.

7. Merchandising and Outlet Presentation

• Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising guidelines.
• Monitor product availability, pricing labels, promotional materials, and display arrangements.
• Ensure the outlet, storage area, equipment, and fixtures are clean and well maintained.
• Report equipment breakdowns, maintenance issues, and repair requirements promptly.

8. Communication and Coordination

• Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse, Inventory, and HQ teams on stock replenishment and operational matters.
• Communicate company announcements, promotions, and instructions to outlet staff.
• Submit operational updates, incident reports, and other required documentation to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time, in line with operational requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
