Job Summary

• To supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision – Monitor daily construction activities and ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Project Coordination – Coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Progress Monitoring – Monitor site progress, prepare daily reports, and update the project team on work status and potential delays.
• Technical Support – Review construction drawings, identify site issues, and assist in resolving technical problems.
• Quality Control – Ensure construction works meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
• Safety Compliance – Ensure all site activities comply with company safety procedures and applicable occupational safety requirements.
• Material & Manpower Coordination – Monitor material usage, equipment, and manpower requirements to support site operations.
• Documentation – Maintain site records, inspection reports, work progress updates, and other relevant project documents.

2. Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Willing to work at project sites in Johor Bahru.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
