Full Time Staff Engineer Reliability (Quality) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,800 in AGENSI PEKERJAAN VERSATILE RISING SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

• Lead 8D investigations, containment activities, deviation management, and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
• Guide laboratory technicians in problem-solving and failure investigations.
• Train teams on reliability failure mechanisms and stress test behaviour based on JEDEC and AEC-Q standards.

2. Laboratory Operations & Quality Management

• Manage daily laboratory operations to meet KPI targets and customer expectations.
• Maintain laboratory documents and provide technical and administrative support to laboratory and operational engineers.
• Implement quality management tools and processes to ensure compliance with IATF 16949.
• Lead internal audits, including preparation, execution, corrective actions, and closure of audit findings.

3. Global Alignment & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main contact for the global Reliability Product Testing (RPT) network, internal stakeholders, and external auditors.
• Work with global teams to standardise testing methods and ensure compliance with JEDEC, AEC-Q100, and AEC-Q006 standards.
• Participate in global standardisation projects and continuous improvement activities.

4. Team Development & Workplace Excellence

• Lead staff training and competency certification programmes.
• Coordinate 5S activities and change management.
• Promote continuous improvement, workplace organisation, and good housekeeping practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor reliability testing, quality engineering, or failure analysis laboratory environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with semiconductor and automotive standards, including JEDEC, AEC-Q100, AEC-Q006, and IATF 16949.
• Strong knowledge of 8D methodology, RCCA tools (5 Whys and Fishbone), and core Quality Management tools.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and within a matrix organisation.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,800.00 per month
